"The hotel is a bit old and can use some renovations however, the staff that I came across are nice. It has some of the best restaurants and etc though, better signs to let visitors know where to find some would help. "

"Great room and the staff were very accommodating when I informed them that the room was still semi dirty when we first walked in at check in. They quickly rectified the situation and upgraded the room. "

"Room was not cleaned daily and ran out of toilet paper and called room service and housekeeping several times and no one answered the phone. The water park was small and extremely crowded and it was mostly slides. Restaurant looked like a cafeteria. Eggs were fake!"
