We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again."

"The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer."

"Very nice flat in a great location. Well set up and nice furnishings. My wife and I were very comfortable during a stay of about 8 weeks. Living area is one level above street and can be a little noisy, since it’s on a busy street, but the bedroom is a level above that and much quieter. Lots of good pubs and restaurants steps from apartment. Would definitely stay again!"
