"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly wished we had booked for longer. From the minute we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. Mel was fantastic and made such a strong impression with how warm, helpful, and attentive she was. We were travelling with our dog, and this place really goes above and beyond. The grounds were beautiful and perfect to enjoy with a pooch, and we were so impressed by the thoughtful touches like the dog menu, the welcome package for our dog, and a lovely treat waiting for us as well. We had accidentally booked a room that was not dog friendly, but the staff handled it so quickly and smoothly and made sure we were looked after. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Everything about the stay was fantastic. The room was stunning, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were exceptional across the board. It is one of those places that makes you want to come back before you have even left. Highly, highly recommend."

"This is the first time I stay in this hotel with my family. The carpark just next to the hotel but no more hotel guest price. We have to park there by paying two days price as we arrived at 4pm and planned to leave at next day 10am. The room and the hotel is clean and in modern design. Swimming pool is a big crowned and lack of space for us to put our belongings at the poolside. Breakfast is perfect and food refill in minutes. The only thing which cannot gain a five star is room network and wifi is zero signal. We can just access in lobby ( I don’t know how’s other room). Other than that, all is perfect. "

"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. We would like a refund "
