The accommodation cancelled our booking without telling us after we booked 3 months in advance. We only found out on the day while the guests were half way on their way to the africamps.
When I called their head office, the receptionist Faith was just plain rude, not helpful at all, with an attitude like they were doing me a favor by looking into the issue then just never got back to us. Thankfully we were able to find other accommodation somewhere else.
This is not the first bad business issue I have had with them. In fact it is now 3 out of 4 bad experiences now. All in all shocking customer service, that doesn’t care about their customers. They are fully booked each weekend so make you feel like they don’t need you anyway. I never want to deal with them again
My advice, stay away from this group!
