"Absolutely faultless from start to finish We had such a warm welcome on arrival and every member of staff was delightful and super friendly and helpful. Food was amazing - bar area served delicious drinks. Hotel and our rooms were absolutely spotless. Luxurious towels as well. This is a well run hotel and we can totally recommend this for a fabulous, restful stay. This was our second visit and we will definitely be returning."

"Very charming staff, great breakfast as well as thoughtful service, sorted a breakfast for my hubby to go and even remembered the order next day. Room was lovely and toasty, just what you need after a frolick in the forest. Slept very well. Lots of walks nearby, even saw owls. EXCEPTIONAL food, rare for these days they cater for folks with proper appetites! Loved the friendly field cat! Thank you for a wonderful time we loved it. 🙏"

"We had a 'superior' room/apartment, and it really was superior. An entrance hall, bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, AND a large sitting room/kitchen. Fantastic. And not noisy despite overlooking Saturday Market Place and being at one end of the High Street. Parking is available, in Saturday Market Place, and not cheap, but go a little further afield and find a long term parking car park and cost is reduced. It would be good to have breakfast supplies, but we were recommended a nearby cafe (two doors away), so not a problem"

"Having no idea where to stay in Holt, for a few days; I looked online and decided on The Feathers. I was not disappointed. Everything was really fine: The Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom pleasant and comfortable. And what a choice for Breakfast. I did enjoy an evening meal there with friends. Obviously a popular venue with people; Service was efficient from a good Menu range. Thank you."
