"It was just a couple of days but the place was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. There was enough space for everyone to gather or be in their own area.The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions and I appreciated the flexibility with our schedule. This was a great first VRBO experience for me."

"A beautiful home with breathtaking views! The bedrooms are extra spacious with very comfortable beds. Yakov is so accommodating and responsive. The kitchen is lovely and equipped with anything you could ever need. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back again! "
"A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse."

"Property is very simple. Everything is somewhat dated and run down but functional and clean. We got 10" of snow one day of our trip which closed down the community center and pool for the day which was a bummer but not a surprise. Make sure you have working 4wd for the driveway"

"Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to it. It’s lightly noticeable. It didn’t keep me from sleeping or impact my allergies at all. "
