"Great stay with plenty of room."

"A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse."

"We stayed here to take our kids to storyland. The drive through the white mountains and back from the park was Beautiful and the nearby hike to the swimming hole was really great for the (3) 6yr olds. The house was great, very clean and well stocked for our needs. We were able to charge our plug in hybrid with our low level charger to the 120 outlet on the garage. We did not try the sauna but the air hockey got a lot of attention. I would highly recommend this property."

"We had an extended weekend stay (Fri-Tues) as a family getaway to to provide support for 2 AT hikers. The place is accurate to the listing and was very comfortable for several adults, children, and a dog. The community center was a highlight and we were there several times using the pool. It was great for the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and an small array of spices. Check-in is easy and the office staff was very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is the steep driveway. It can be an adventure. "

"House is dated but is in decent shape. you can tell they have done works to the house but is shotty work. The management company is not helpful at all as there was trash all over the back yard and no propane in the tank for the grill. We contacted them within a half hour of getting to the cabin and the trash was still there and no propane four days later. Only plus side to the cabin was we got to bring our dog."

"Great place to stay! House was decorated lovely and felt very comfortable. There were so many extra touches too. One we loved was the baby stair gates because our 11 month old decided she wanted to start crawling during our stay. : ) The community center is an added bonus as well with the pools and pond. A great getaway in the mountains. Thank you!!! "

"Perfect for our stay with 9 people! Plenty of space for family games around the table or to lounge around the tv on the super comfy couch. Kids loved the loft space & we were so thankful our four legged bestie was able to join our trip too. Location was perfect for skiing (we went to Loon and Waterville Valley) & the ice castles. If we plan another trip, we’d definitely stay here again! "
