"House was amazing and everything we were looking for to accommodate our family. We have been traveling to the valley for over 25 years and have found it tough to find a house that is large enough and comfortable enough to accommodate our whole family. This property was both of those and more! The playroom downstairs was excellent for the kids to hang out and watch a movie before bed, we even utilized the home gym for a workout, followed by a relaxing sit in the sauna! There was a small hill next door we were able to sled on that worked excellent as the little kids could go inside and warm up at the house if needed.The coffee nook was a pleasant treat in the morning during breakfast. The kitchen had everything needed, and the fridge was big enough for all our groceries. The host Joe was extremely helpful and responded whenever we had a question. We are hopeful to stay there again next year.Highly recommend!"

"As described great location and perfectly decorated. Lower bunk was comfortable and whole apartment was very clean . Nice extra touches were available crate , dog bed and plenty of blankets and throws. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The only small drawbacks were the very small hot water heater and the need to pick up and return physical keys at the rental office. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d absolutely stay again."

"Had a great stay! This condo is in the perfect location. We love spending our days in Town Square. The unit itself could use a little love, but it didn't bother us. Towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was clean. Great living/dining room set up. We brought our puppy's crate, which fit nicely in the dining area. "

"We really enjoyed ourselves at this unit! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5) and there was plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms, plus the common areas were open and we never felt cramped for space. This unit is in a great location thats walking distance to Waterville town center and the gym/pool, and it was quiet and serene in the summer. Some of the drawbacks:We found the kitchen was missing key items (only 1 pot holder for example) and the knives were dull, so if you plan to cook, consider bringing a sharp knife for prepping meals. The pots and pans were warped which made them slow to heat on the glass cook top, but they did get the job done. Also take note that shampoo/conditioner are not provided, but you will find a bar of soap in each bathroom.Our last concern was cleanliness- there were visible cobwebs in nearly every room. They were up along the corners, and out of the way, but they indicate perhaps the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Again, overall this was a perfect location with plenty of space, nestled in the mountains, and we would absolutely stay in this area again, but would likely try a different unit. "
