"Great property with direct access to ski lift. Short walk to main street with lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed jacuzzis and arcade for kids. Only negative was quality of sofa bed, very uncomfortable to sleep. "

"The resort was perfect in many ways. The room accommodation was perfect size for my wife and I and my two grandchildren. From beginning to the end, the front staff was great and Campbell made it extra special and should be rewarded. The location was perfect and the free shuttles to restaurants, grocery stores and locations in downtown was a great extra perk. We do wish we had snow but unfortunately it could not be predicted. I dorecommend this resort to everyone!"

"Clean room, great vibes"

"The front desk employee was very friendly and professional besides that there isn’t much good to say about this property. There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. We had no idea if they were clean. "

"The location and price here are excellent. The service is not. The front desk staff were absent more often than not - I had to wait around for close to an hour and call multiple times before I could check in, and after I got to my room and discovered there was no toilet paper or soap to be found, the front desk employees had vanished. The room also had a strange odor and several areas that clearly had not been cleaned after the last guest. The hotel lobby had numerous messes that hadn't been cleaned up, and had music blasting constantly almost all day (yet the employees were quick to give guests a lecture about making too much noise in their rooms - hypocrisy much?). The front desk staff were rarely available for help, and when they were around constantly cracked dumb, unfunny jokes - "that'll cost you $20!, ha ha ha!" - in response to being asked to fulfill the tiniest of requests. Moreover, when they did decide to be present, they routinely made unsolicited rude comments to guests. Overall I'm still reasonably satisfied - again, the location and price here are incredible - but next time I go on vacation, I'll gladly pay more or get a room further from the ski lifts if it means the place is run with anything resembling professionalism."

"Loved the location and walkability to resturants and the Silverthorne Recreation Center. Amazing bar and resturant inside. Loved the smores option for the kids. Beautiful decor in the rooms and main spaces. Parking was great. Only downside was the pool was not regulated so it was cold, but they reimbursed us for the Silverthorne Recreation Center, so the kids were happy. "

"I don’t know because never went. I tried to cancel due to a death. However, they said that because I went through a third party I couldn’t cancel. I even asked a credit for another. Time but no avail."

"Toilet was clogged, front desk handed my girlfriend a plunger that was old and useless and said have fun. I left them a thank you n the toilet. Also heat/ac was useless just a big air fan that did nothing and was almost too hot in the room to sleep "
