Great location

Great location. Rec path and lake within walking. The hotel is under major renovations so no breakfast service, no pool etc. But I feel the price reflected that accordingly and it was affordable for us. We had an excellent stay visiting our son and hiking the area.

Our room was interesting…cool because it was large with a jacuzzi tub, interesting because the two windows had views of a storage closet. There was no natural light in our room. Fine for our needs-we were here for one night for a concert at Dillon amphitheater- but definitely would have been depressing beyond the one night. It’s like being in a basement: staff was a bit strange- I had to say hello first at the front desk. Average accommodations.

We chose this hotel over another cheaper option because the pool looked nice. Unfortunately, it was freezing and we weren't able to use it. The two hot tubs were nice and the sauna was barely warm. Everything else about the hotel was average. There is EV charging available in the adjacent Ramada Inn parking lot, FYI.

Frisco stay

Pillows were too firm. Restaurant was closed. Heating unit was very loud which did not help sleep. Hot tub was very hot which is great. Excersise equipment was good.

We had no clue the hotel was having a remodel done did not say that online it was not a present stay we definitely will not recommend or come back. Maybe after the remodel it will be ok. So hard to get luggage to elevator and very dark and dismal hotel not happy with out stay at all

The property was OK. The pool and hot tub area was a bit moldy and dangerously slippery on the areas around the pool. The games in the game room took money but did not play. The advertised breakfast was NONEXISTENT. The room was comfortable. The parking was adequate. The staff was below average.

I have never seen a company Price gouge as bad as this hotel. In one hour the price went from $100 to $500. The hotel is average at best and at no point should ever cost more than $200/night much less $500/night.

No breakfast as advertised. Super confusing elevators and laundry locations. Snow boots NOT allowed for a hotel in Frisco is ridiculous although the staff did not seem to care if you actually wear them in the lobby. Convient public transportation to the copper mountain. There are some restaurants in the Safeway plaza but I wouldn’t suggest walkimg to the restaurants.

During our stay the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate and wait until the firefighters came to disarmed it. Also we stayed 2 nights and were not offered breakfast because according to a staff member the kitchen was “shut down” We were not give additional information regarding that but this caused us an extra expense for breakfast that we were not anticipating in spending on.

We stayed here a while ago when it was owned by another company. It was recently bought out. The restaurant was closed, no mention of breakfast being available. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are nice. One hot tub was regular temp (maybe 102-104) and one was super hot. Pool was pretty cold. Good for a nice plunge! They also have a sauna. Beware: double bed rooms have full size beds not queen! Kind of old but relatively well kept. It was clean and staff was nice. The price is good, which was our main concern. The little ski shop by the elevators was closed.

I got charged for 2 rooms so I am leaving 2 reviews. Expedia booking error said my rooms didn’t book but hotel wouldn’t credit. Management is terrible. Do not stay here. Also, beware of Expedia. They wouldn’t Stand behind their own booking issues. They are terrible. Use a different platform to book. I never leave reviews. This was maddening.

They didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. Plumbing was bad and traveled with someone with stomach issues. The first time a toilet plugged, they moved us to a different room. The second time, they told us there was no help available in the evenings, promised maintenance would fix it the next day, and then did nothing for the next two days. The pool was murky and freezing. People kept wanting to come into our room while we were there to measure things for renovation. We checked out 2 nights early. No money back. Don’t risk it!

Extremely rude staff. Charge us 4 nights but had 2 night available at checkin. Didnt want to refund for the full in despite with them for refund. Did not stay those two nights with kids under 6 years old. All adminities ( pool and game room) were gutted out.

First of all, I thought we had pulled into the back of the property. It was a mess. It looks like they have purchased two properties and are trying to make it one. But they are nowhere near finished. The sign was a banner draped over the actual sign of the original property. In order to get to the elevator with our luggage cart, we had to navigate ramps and corridors that looked like a basement or a warehouse. We had to make several turns and finally found the elevators, on the other side of the building. The room was clean enough, but the hot water was lukewarm at best. In order not to take a cold shower, the handle had to be barely turned on. Then there was no water pressure. You can’t take a bath because there’s nothing to stop up the drain. No hot water in the sink either. But the sink stopped up immediately! Overall the property was sketchy. We were not comfortable staying there. We left before 6am just to get out. For the price paid for the room, we expected better. It was NOT a good value, particularly in what we got for our money. Needless to say we won’t be staying g there again, and will definitely not recommend it.
