I absolutely LOVE this resort. The staff are amazingly accomodating and the breakfast was delicious! It is not the fanciest and doesn't have the most up-to-date amenities (usb ports and upgraded things like that) but for the cost, the view and the excellent staff, I'd stay here any day!

This is the best place to stay if you are going to the Dillon venue for concerts. It is so handy to walk across the street, check in is a breeze and the rooms are away from the highway which is so lovely. The picnic tables outside are a nice feature as well.

Amazing proximity to the Dillon Amphitheater and the lake. The finishes are a bit dated - a mix of 70s ski lodge and 90s hotel- but we were totally comfortable in our beds and room. Lovely view, nice and mellow, definitely returning!

My daughter and I went to a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater and stayed at the Ptarmigan Lodge. We had a great time. The Lodge was within across the street from the amphitheater, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable! Would stay again!!

The property, as most are up here is a little dated, but for the price and for me it was perfect. The room was quiet and very clean as was the hallways and all other common areas. The front desk person was very nice and quick to come to the desk when I arrived. Nice little balcony to have morning coffee and sit outside. The rooms aren't necessarily where you check in as there's a couple separate buildings. But all worked out fine. Will stay here again when I come up to Keystone.

Room was clean as a whistle and fully stocked with everything I needed. Front desk staff were as helpful as can be, check in and check out was a painless experience and even got a map with directions to my room. No AC in the room so if you are staying in summer and run hot it may be wise to bring a fan but being located in Dillon it gets cool enough at night to leave a window cracked open if you need to. Can't beat the location of being right across the street from the Amphitheater and Reservoir
