"The property was dirty, it was like it was in the middle of a remodel with paint dripped on the floor in the elevator and in the hallway. Holes in the carpet. Sidewalk was crumbling and missing pieces! The pool and hot tub are TINY!!. the floor in our room was really sticky. The coffee pots and juice machine were leaking. BUT.... the staff were really nice and helpful the breakfast was good and the beds were really comfortable!!"

"The breakfast was not good. The second morning we went next door to eat at perkins. I didn't use the pool or hot tub. The front desk clerk was hard to understand and never made eye contact. Did not seem friendly. Room was decent and seemed clean "

"Our stay at the Grand Marquis was less than ideal. There were french fries on the carpet. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. There was no light by the beds. The sound of the restaurant music next door was thumping until well after midnight. Then in the morning, all you hear are doors slamming. Maybe ok if it were really cheap…but I thought it was a bit too pricey. "

"Very lovely hotel + accommodating staff! There were no "rooms with views" left, so we were able to switch to a poolside room no issues. Would absolutely return!"
