Very clean, spacious and quiet. Meals were excellent.

Rather impressed!! Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Yes it’s new and the detail in the build is something else. Restaurant VERY busy but staff managed to hold it together and provide excellent service . The food was exceptional!! The only negative is the steak knives need to be serrated, I know minor detail right!! Overall awesome stay.

Very nice stay, comfortable, excellent and caring staff. Restaurant option with bar , great food. Beds and rooms very comfortable and quiet and clean. Wake up service, free shuttle to airport 24/7. I Would highly recomend Heartland hotel. I will definitely stay there when next time 8n A7ckland.

It's always great staying here. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel is quiet, and there's plenty of street parking. It's close to the motorway with lots of food options nearby if you don't want to dine at the restaurant onsite.

Super close to the airport and friendly staff

I enjoy staying here. Good value for money. Comfortable. Instructions to enter the property after hours was simple and getting the keys. We use this property often when overnighting in Auckland. It also come with a kitchen and small dining table. The only thing we didn’t have was a tea towel for the room to dry dishes or counter top.

Almost don’t have the words for how outstanding this stay was. It far exceeded my expectations. For an accommodation offering of theme, everything about this place oozes class and sophistication. The refurbishment is respectful of the history but modern and appropriate for today. The attention to detail cannot go unnoticed and there are discoveries to be found everywhere. Lovely helpful staff, i was just lookign for a place to lay my head after a short stay in Auckland, the hotel room was beautiful, quiet even thou it was so close to a busy road, clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable, I would stay here again for sure.
