The furniture was outdated could definitely update with the fees they charge for the stay. Also had one unsafe experience where they left our room open after housekeeping came in because they left the lock turned so the door did not shut after them and was open until we got back late at night. Also there was random aggressive knocking on our door by some random people at night. There was cleanliness which we appreciated.

I really like our room 1107. There is a little balcony and it has very nice view of the mountains. The room has lots of mirrors. I really liked the washroom too it is very bright except the sink is too small and not very convenient when you wash your face and brushing your teeth. I would love to recommend this place and planning to come back again together with friends.

Very convenient and close to downtown which to be honest is not that far anywhere in town. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows were way too soft. We were there for 4 nights and didn’t have maid service one time. We were there a week before most things opened for the season. Other than that would stay there again.

Tried to check in late but no staff available, had to ask at the bar and was directed to an envelope stuck to the door of the entrance, with a key inside, would never have found this on my own
The accommodation while clean and tidy was a little outdated and the communal entrance area appeared to need a little TLC

Stairs going to room very dangerous. Hard to read the room #s and no clear directions from the staff. Room was very small, awkward and bed was not stable. Hardly any place to eat or do anything, as majority places were closed.

We understand that the outside emergency staircase can be slippery when wet, so we recommend guests take the carpeted staircase on the inside of the building. The front desk agents are trained to point out your room location on the property map we give to every guest. Offered an “upgrade” from 2 double beds to a king size bed but staff failed to mention it would be an accessible room where everything in the bathroom was low, toilet high and the shower broken giving only boiling hot or freezing cold water. Only reason “upgrade” was given was because another party needed the 2 double bed room. Asked for someone to come fix the bathroom and staff was indifferent and issue never fixed. Moreover, when we raised the issue of being given an accessible room all we heard was an equally indifferent “Sorry ‘bout that”. Area around hotel has a lot of construction equipment parked in the parking stalls and buildings are starting to look tired. Interior of room also tired. Bed very springy, pillows uncomfortable and we could hear neighbours talking and flushing their toilets so walls thin. Needless to say not a great experience.

We have ordered a dog friendly room in advance and confirmed with the hotel that they are pet friendly. We also send them a message that we are coming with our dog, and they have replied “”no problem”.

I liked how quiet the stay was. The views outside were remarkable and it was in a great location, close to restaurants, stores and the water.

Quick over night stay.
Hard to locate the numbers to find your building and hotel room. No elevators and the stairs were not super safe. Felt cramped until you get in your cozy clean room.
Nothing on site for snacks and no late night bar must go off site.
