"I don’t think this is a property issue more than an Expedia issue. We were under the impression we were going to a tiny home/cabin. Our reservation did not show which unit we were going to, but the images only showed the tiny homes, not tents. We found out when we got there that we reserved a tent, it was not a problem at all! We loved it anyway, it just would’ve been nice on Expedia’s part to explain this was a Tent reservation."

"The front desk was very helpful! Our TV wouldn’t work and she came up and took care of it. I think it might even have been at the end of her shift, but she was helpful and polite and didn’t rush. When she left the tv worked and she had also replaced the remote. Awesome customer service!"

"Out dated look like they are remodeling some of them ares was not this is were it seems like the app and the owner is not on the same page were booked one cabin and when we got there at 3 pm check in time right on time all the cabins were full and someone else was already in the cabin we were supposed to be getting so we got the wrong cabin it should have had a Queen size bed.But the manager went out of his way to accommodate us "

"We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. Bathrooms were nice & very clean. AC excellent. After driving by hotels in the area would stay without hesitation again. Remington is clearly superior. "Attended a wedding just down the road from this cute cabin nestled in woods. Listing and pictures were great, cabin was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Very easy to find and accessible. Internet/wifi was super convenient as cell coverage in the area was a little spotty, nice to be disconnected while out and about and still be able to check-in on the rest of the world when back in the cabin. Would highly recommend and will try for this venue again if I find myself in this neck of the woods in...
