"Great home and very friendly host. We found the address to be very centrally located for visiting family in Fort Collins as well as for grabbing meals downtown and groceries from the markets. The home was comfortable in the winter and we were able to get the temperature adjusted for both upstairs and downstairs. As far as accessibility, there are several steps and a gate to navigate from the driveway to the front door. The kitchen was very clean and fairly well outfitted, although it could use some more silverware and pots/pans. The fridge was spotless and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. We would recommend this home for other families visiting the area."
