"Loved the property. Room was excellent. Very nicely decorated, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Was disappointed the bar was closed on the day we stayed but no fault of the property, everyone needs a day off. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"The house was well kept, very well appointed and in an excellent location. I was frustrated that the fact that it was actually two units wasn't very apparent when I made the booking. The basement is a separate unit, but unfortunately we could hear every conversation and TV show the people below had on. It was really intrusive, and was only listed way down in the end of the property details under the FAQs. I wouldn't have booked it if I'd understood we were sharing the house (separate entrances and distinct units, but it felt like we were sharing based on the noise.). I wanted to love the place, but was irritated a lot of our stay."
