    The hotel is in a "new" road. Have your map from reservation handy. They were welcoming. Was shown to a "superior" room and soon I found it had not been cleaned. After complaining my room was changed and was given the "standard" room that I had booked. That room had a clean bed even though it was in a nook and had to climb over it to get into. The tv was very small and solidly mounted facing a small round table. Did not bother turning it on. AC was good, small fridge and bottled water. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels which were supplied very quickly. The staff does everything needed and it was clear that room housekeeping was not a favored chore. The shower was located so that the whole bath got wet when showering. The restaurant offered breakfast after 8 am, and the food was overall more expensive that in nearby restaurants. The street was very quiet and there was a sign advising about stray dogs. Did not get bothered by any strays. There are bikes and motos available for rent, prices higher than offered around. To visit the sites you need transport. Did not spend much time in the room, used it for showering and sleeping. Wi-Fi was good.…

    Very nice old country style wooden hut with large bed, AC and very clean. Bathroom was nice and big and also very clean. Place is well located and the owners are very nice and helpful. Nothing fancy, just a nice and safe place to stay. Food, market and attractions that you can walk to, but you can rent bicycle or scooter from them.…

    Used this as a home base for our day trip to Ayutthaya before heading on the evening train to Chiang Mai. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the train station plus restaurants so was convenient. The area was quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in making our very short stay enjoyable, even so far as to help arrange our Tuk Tuk tour into the historic area Only one comment on the stay was the steep flight of stairs to the 2nd floor. It did make carrying a large suitcase difficult.…
