  • These ruins are part of the Historic City of Ayuttaya UNESCO World Heritage Site. The three stupas hold the ashes of three important kings who ruled the kingdom. The ruins are part of the royal palace that was built sometime between 1351-1369. The ruins are very awesome to see but people do not pay much attention to signs about not climbing on them - but no one enforces the rules either. Sad to see such old architecture being disrespected by someone trying to take a perfect selfie.

Basic but quaint

This was our first visit to a home stay in Thailand and the hospitality was lovely. Had some great help booking a Tuk Tuk tour of the temples. Rooms are fine, I suggest going for the more expensive room as it was much cosier than the smaller one with a more comfortable bed, bathroom is bigger too and it has a sitting area outside. Lovely family.

Sweet family homestay in great area of ayutthaya - near the river. They’re no longer doing food but plenty of eating options nearby. It’s not right by the historic centre but easy enough to get there.

It is a beautiful property but it smells like cat piss and some areas do look dirty. We stay in the suite and the bathroom sink was holding out of two wood pieces, not sure if that is safe. Overall for the price that we pay it is okay. I do think they have as much traffic to fix all the little details, so if you don’t mind a cheap and okay stay support this family hotel that way they can make it better!!

Hôtel plein de charme rustique. On se sent comme chez des amis Thaïs. Service discret et efficace. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé avec une location de vélos à proximité, ainsi que des restaurants. Petit déjeuner correct.

The atmosphere was very nice. Staff is lovely and the food was great. It’s located in the middle of all the historical buildings. We rented bikes just around the corner to discover the area. The bathroom was smelly, we put a little plastic bag filled with water on the shower sink, that helped.

expensive and underwhelming for what it is - we booked two rooms in the property on the basis of the images promoted on the website and were very disappointed when we arrived and the rooms were like cells - padlock on door to enter - the air conditioner only worked sporadically so a sweat room to sleep in..also thin walls so very noisy. The shower water in the bathroom ran directly into the bathroom floor - flooding the toilet area until it was able to very slowly drain..

Friendly and sufficient hotel. The staff was wonderful. I needed help getting sick, they took me to the hospital, they accompanied me all the time, they took care of me gently. Deep gratitude.
