Block a way from amazing coffee shop ( Compass) , there are lots restaurants , Beer Garden , GIANT grocery store and more within one or two blocks. From the house walk toward 7th st and you can go up toward U st and down toward convention Center and Chinatown and see all the activities. Don’t forget the 9th st , bars & restaurants on Florida ave NW. Amazing location.

You can use bike share, metro, public transportation, or Uber. I love walking so it’s very walkable to everything. You are about 6-8 blocks to china town , 10 blocks to DuPont circle or you can walk to 9 st and go toward U st NW. there are so much to do and very high end restaurants.

Please have the shower only on zone 2 for rain falls shower .
