"Nice hotel in heart of Birmingham. Close To nice restaurants, sites, etc. Room wasn’t ready as we arrived early so upgraded to a lovely 6th floor suite. All was very nice, comfortable bed, extras in the room. Only complaint was WiFi was weak. "

"It's looking a bit tired now. Staff were amazing, but I hardly slept because the room was so cold and there was only a summer duvet, but no blanket. I tried to follow the very clear instructions on the air handling unit, but it just seemed to recirculate the very cold air."

"Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out."

"Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back. "

"The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with. "

"The rooms are very clean however the beds are not as comfortable as you would expect for this type of establishment. The staff was very friendly however the restaurant was very understaffed and the food was mediocre for the price. Nice place to stay but would not use the restaurants."
