"Lovely pleasant stay. Clean, up to date, good service breakfast was really good with a big variety and plenty of space. Tube station very near and one stop away from Oxford street. Only downside was walking across the road for breakfast & basement family rooms have no window. And price was £80 cheaper on their own website. So check that first before booking."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "
