"We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking."

This place can't be legal for human occupation. Does not appear to be built to code. Beds are horrible, still recovering from severe back pain due to extremely lumpy beds. We had to buy air mattresses, pillows, & extra blankets. Three of our party of four were sick and had to leave a day earlier than our booking. My 74 year old sister could...

"Offstreet, parking and easy drive to Central business District. Apartment was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities he would need. Shower pressure was awesome."

"Dampness issues- water ingress, saggy couch, springy mattress, messy outside, dirty and mouldy curtains. Unit was wrongly numbered according to the property description, which meant I left to look for another property. What unit number is it actually, as it has two numbers? I kept getting messages from The Stay... about what I had to do, turn off heaters, wash the dishes etc etc!!! And they had the cheek to take a $300 bond on it! No flat screen TV. Redecorated,but not renovated. No bedside...

"The house was spacious, but there was no outdoor furniture, so no where really to sit. The A/C was difficult to get to work where we wanted it to. The sheets in the main room had blood smears on them-very disappointing and disgusting to find, makes me wander whether the linen is clean or not between guests."

"My family and I enjoyed that the property was close to local family members. Traffic gets super packed in the area around work/school pick up drop off hours. Disappointing that the microwave wasn’t working. Having a fan upstairs is great because the heat generated in the stairwell during the day can get insane. Thanks to management for the prompt communication throughout our stay."

"Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind."
