I think the room we stayed was below the house where the owners of the accommodation live. The room and shared space look good and the shower was enjoyable. There's no parking available on the driveway, parking is further down the hill on the street.

This property is exactly as you would expect for a traditional motel. It’s conveniently located only a short walk from the town centre. The room was excellent and very comfortable.

Lovely property, great view from our room, excellent room amenities and.. the breakfast was delicious, thoroughly recommend the Dunedin Boutique Hotel.

Fantastic place. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with living room (2 sofas) and full kitchen. Washing machine and a drier. A patio with chairs and table, big bathroom, great shower, heated towel rail. Views from main bedroom and living room to the mountains and lake. Netflix on the large TV. This was a perfect stop off on a long road trip of the South Island. Wish we’d had more than just 2 nights here. Can’t believe what great value this was. We had a ground floor room so you do get a little noise from above (didn’t affect us) but you can request a 2nd floor apartment. I’d definitely recommend it, so much space and everything looked new. Great staff too. Wanaka is a nice little town. Eat at Big Fig for super fresh cooked food.
