Simple cosy effective rooms. Late checkin and bar onsite allowed a nice night cap after a long drive. Great value for money.

Great place to stay. I had a late check-in and this was facilitated with nil issues late at night, with a very friendly service upon arrival, wonderful cheerful staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Highly recommend to stay here.

The staff are very helpful. Room was small, bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. Unfortunately I had a noisy fridge. If it wasn't for that I would have given 4 stars.

Room was small and bed very uncomfortable. Had to make sure you were on right side of room to be able to close the door. Parking was non existent and was advised to use Dan Murphy’s car park.

It was in a very convenient position to the train station, but the room was very small. I had the executive cosy room, which is fine for one person but would be uncomfortable if 2 people. I was on the 3rd floor, and as there is no lift it was a bit difficult with luggage.

Looked great from photos. Unfortunately parking too tight and lacking. Needs someone to go through and check every facet/appliance etc for maintenance. People don't report and unfortunately I was one along with my daughter due to arrival and departure times. Tv"s big issue, tight rooms. N Suggest downsizing the number of rooms and making some larger through renovations. Staff on check in were lovely.

The picture that was shown when I made my booking was NOT the room we got. We literally had Harry Potters room under the stairs. It came directly off the main stairwell and was once, I am sure, an old storage closet. It was so dated and small and had a tiny window that overlooked Dan Murphy's carpark. The walls are paper thin so we got to hear everyone come up and down the stairs all night. The air conditioner sounded like it was a jet engine starting and definitely couldn't keep the room warm with the hurricane of cold air blowing in from under the door. The bathroom was so small that the light switch and the towel rail are on the wall OUTSIDE the bathroom and the carpet it straight out of a 70's RSL. The phone didn't work and the switch for the light above the bed didn't work. And it was on the third floor and there is no elevator! We were travelling with another group (booked on the same day at the same time) and their room was very different. My advice if you do decide to brave this place is to make sure you let them know you don't want the cupboard under the stairs!

Excellent proximity to the heart of Wagga and really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfy bed and good pillows ensured a great restful sleep too.

The room was connected to another via a locked door. It was poorly insulated from noise. Sounding like the people in that room where in my room. Also lot of traffic noise from road despite windows closed. Poor audio from TV. The tea coffee area is very dark, needs a light in that area. Bed was comfortable. A very expensive hotel to stay at, especially for a 3 star rated place.
