"We arrived late at night so we did not realize they gave us the wrong view. We paid more for a pool view that we did not receive. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Perfect if you are staying more than a few nights as it has a kitchen with cups, plates etc. Not the typical hotel we would stay in so it was definitely a one time stay for us but it worked for this particular trip as we were not there except to sleep."

"The hotel charged me close to $300 for a night stay, but was so dirty I could not bring my self to take a shower in there. The carpet in the room looked nasty and wet. The room felt moist. The fridge looked like something they picked up on the side of the road. This is no different than a Motel 6. "

"The breakfast offered was very limited compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Additionally, we were told we did not qualify for complimentary water bottles, even though I’ve always received them at every other location. When we arrived in our first room (224) and pulled back the sheets, we discovered blood on both the sheets and the comforter. The staff was very apologetic and moved us to room 529, which was much better, but this is an issue that should never occur and is entirely preventable. My wife and I were disappointed that our stay began this way, especially given our past positive experiences with the brand."

The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"

The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."
