This resort far exceeded our expectations! The resort was incredible - pool, hot tub, the grounds, rooms, service - everything was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. After checking in and going to my assigned room I met a family inside the room that was assigned to me. Went back to the registration desk was given another room. Asked the staff for a late check out due to the inconvenience but was told no until I had to remind them about their inconvenience on my first assigned room.
