"The property is very small the patio in the back is bigger than the whole house. The deck out back was full of poop all over the deck and the the deck furniture. The PMI management company insilted my integrity by accusing me of taking towels that were never in the house when we arrived. Stay away its not worth the money."

"We are here while a family member is treated at CC, 2 miles away. The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of storage. Ours looks onto a very pretty splashing fountain surrounded by palms. Maid service is weekly. You can get extra towels, etc when needed.
A Publix is across the street, along with many restaurants. The location is ideal. This property is very well-maintained, including the outside areas and walkways. The pool is spotless.
I love the room, the location can't be beat, but the real gem is the staff. They are very quick to attend to any little thing. (And they are little things, as the property is so well-maintained) This applies to everyone we have met, from maintenance, to housekeeping, and the groundskeepers.
The front desk crew, from the manager on down, deserve an extra special shout out. To a person, they are courteous, professional, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is really a pleasure, and I think unusual, to have such constant good service. They really go the extra mile, cheerfully. We have been here a month, we have some extra needs due to our situation, and they have met and exceeded expectations in every way. Truly outstanding.

"The house is exactly as descibed. Very spacious and clean. Has a beautiful large pool, the kitchen is perfect. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. The host is very responsive at any time of day. We were a family of 5 and it felt like home! Will definitely book again!"

"When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable. We had a great time cooking dinner and sitting poolside. Our only note would be that its clear that usually catering staff that bring their own gear use the kitchen - it was a bit under equipped for cooking dinner. That said, we made due and had a fabulous time! Would absolutely recommend. "
