"We arrived late at night so we did not realize they gave us the wrong view. We paid more for a pool view that we did not receive. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Perfect if you are staying more than a few nights as it has a kitchen with cups, plates etc. Not the typical hotel we would stay in so it was definitely a one time stay for us but it worked for this particular trip as we were not there except to sleep."

"The breakfast offered was very limited compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Additionally, we were told we did not qualify for complimentary water bottles, even though I’ve always received them at every other location. When we arrived in our first room (224) and pulled back the sheets, we discovered blood on both the sheets and the comforter. The staff was very apologetic and moved us to room 529, which was much better, but this is an issue that should never occur and is entirely preventable. My wife and I were disappointed that our stay began this way, especially given our past positive experiences with the brand."

The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"

Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."
