"We found this hotel by chance when we searched for s short break stay in Rimini. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the location was great and they cater for kids. At the time of the booking, I should have requested a room with a view or a family room, but it was quite a last minute booking so their better rooms were probably already booked weeks or months before. "The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room"

    "The room was immaculately clean and the hotel located in a convenient location. The buffet breakfast has a large range of food from fresh fruit to cake. Pool is closed from September and is very small. 20 minute walk from the railway station and lots of nearby restaurants. We hired Lime Bikes which with the numerous cycle lanes in Rimini was very easy to get about. Overall a lovely stay and would go back if ever in Rimini again. "
