I stayed at Hotel Royal Plaza in Rimini and overall had a good experience. The room was very clean. The bed was just okay — not especially good or bad. My first room was quite small, but the staff were very accommodating and quickly moved me to a better one. The real highlight of the stay was the staff — they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Victor and Max for going above and beyond. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need. On the downside, the swimming pool was out of order during my stay, and the fire alarm went off repeatedly during the first few days, which was frustrating. Breakfast was decent, though I’d recommend sticking to the continental options (croissants, bread, fruit, yogurt) as the hot food tended to sit out for a long time. The coffee, however, was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic staff and a great location, though a few improvements could make it even better.

This hotel was excellent. The location is great, close to everything. Tons of bars, restaurants, shopping within minutes. We had a newly renovated corner room with high celings, lots of space for two. Bed was comfy. The bathroom and shower were great! Spacious, excellent water pressure nice and hot. Daily housekeeping was excellent and the towels were plush and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had a little bar where you could get an aperitivo or espresso, to take and sit by the pool. Next time in Rimini we will stay again!

Helpful staff, the best breakfast buffet, clean room, free water bottles in the room, good location. The only problem was the sound insulation - we could hear the TV of the room next to ours and we could hear the couple above our room arguing.

We had a good experience at Hotel Royal Plaza. The lead front desk worker spoke great English and was so kind and helpful. The biggest perk is the location, very close to nice restaurants, the beach, and a short walk to the boardwalk. Decor and pool were older and well used, but didn’t deter from the cleanliness or quality. Affordable and effective, we would stay again!

La camera è sporca , poco curata … il termosifone non funzionava ( in bagno c’era il termosifone portatile , come si accendeva faceva il rumore da scoppio ) . La tv non siamo riusciti a spegnere , pulsante non funzionava . Non torneremo mai più in un posto del genere , assolutamente sconsigliabile .

Siamo una coppia con una bimba di 2 anni e mezzzo. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione ottima, hotel ben curato e pulito. Il personale è stato molto disponibile ed ha sempre avuto un occhio di riguardo per nostra figlia.
