"The room was very lovely for our family of four. The location was great being only a 25 min walk to the towers. The biggest and only con was there was no wifi service. It will show you are connected, but not no one in our family was able to get any service unless we turned. Cellular one. We met another guest in the lobby who also stated they had been unable to get any service. When we checked with the front desk, the response was a sort of "I'm not sure, I have service" which didn't really help...

"We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality."
