From the moment you walk in to the lobby, the overall cleanliness of the hotel is apparent. The whole building "smells" clean. Cindy at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Our room and the bathroom were spotless. Hotel was quiet and breakfast in the morning was very good. Safe location and convenient to the interstate to get you everywhere you want to go!

I traveled to Virginia Beach for my Graduation from Regent University with my family. This hotel was everything. The staff was friendly, patient and energetic. The pool was nice, the free breakfast was robust and absolutely wonderful, the rooms were spacious and there is a shopping center with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My travel to my college was 12 minutes so over all it was totally convenient. I will definitely return! I loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean & up to date. The staff was exceptional! The bed & pillows were so nice & we slept well. The breakfast was so good & fresh. The cut fruit was excellent.

The hotel is located a half way between Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Therefore, it was very convenient for me to go everywhere! Also, Norfolk International Airport is very close from the hotel!

Totally was good especially convenient but I chose it because I thought it’s a family friendly hotel but unfortunately there is no high chair for my baby and no microwave in the room =(

I checked in on a quiet Monday. The guy at the counter gave all my colleagues higher floor but he gave me a room on second floor with facing the big noisy road in front where cars can see right into my room. What a terrible deal! I could have gone back downstairs and ask for a different room but I’d had a long day of conference with the navy and you know how it is once you in the room already and for just one night I figured I’d just tough it out. But the road noise kept me up and I’m angry that the hotel is practically empty and if you can make a guest happy, why the hell not give them a comfortable peaceful room?

With any upgrades for non-high floor reservations, it is first come first serve based on requests placed by the guest. Our hotel was almost sold out that night, so any available upgrades would go to reservations with upgrade requests that checked in earlier in the day. There does not seem to be an upgrade request for your particular reservation, but we do apologize if a request was not honored. In the future, please let our team know if you are unhappy with your room or if you would like a sound machine for the night, and we will do our best to accommodate! We hope to have you back for a 5/5 stay- safe travels!

Overall it was a good stay and the accommodations were a above what i would expect for the price. I do recommend requesting a room not on the highway side as traffic noise is a bit much in the very early morning and late night.

Beautiful and new hotel. Very clean and bright. Evening check-in desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable. No lotion or Kleenex in the room but many hotels haven't had either as amenities anymore.

We had a two night stay. The first morning we had minimal hot water — that evening and the subsequent day we had no hot water. It was warm at best. Not a couple blocks away in the Towne Center there was a shooting. We heard the dozens of cops and watched it unfold from our room.
