"Door did not close properly. A lot of door slamming. Hint there is a trench mid way down the alley way for drainage, proceed with caution... Price and location next to beach is good. "
"Experience was fair, would like to highlight:
(1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;
(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;
(3) Hotel was surrounded by construction;
(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.
A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car /...

"Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer war sauber und der Preis angemessen. Bereiche Gang, Frühstücksraum und Pool Bereich (Bar) waren sehr schmutzig. Pool auf dem Dach haben wir nicht genutzt da der Strand nur eine Minute vom Hotel entfernt war.
Das Frühstück war nicht so gut - es werden Eier auf Bestellung
zubereitet und manchmal gibt es frisches Obst, sonst nur asiatisches Essen, Kaffee war meist kalt und fast nicht genießbar.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, Läden und Restaurants fussläufig...

"First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it. "
"Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic.
Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties,
Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future.
