"The house was perfect for our family of 6! The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood with great views out the windows and from the deck. Access to the 63 mile long Eagle Vail Trail is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops & a small grocery store are a 10-15 minute walk away. It is exactly what I was hoping for from our mountain vacation. Owner was super easy to work with and responded quickly. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Our family was in town for a baseball tournament. The location was great and the house worked well for us. Unfortunately, the washer was broken, which was a huge setback for us, but Jeff worked on a solution and had our laundry taken care of, which was much appreciated. "We’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s such and and convenient place. Great location to walk to anything in downtown Edwards (groceries, shopping, plenty of restaurants). Easy drive/bike to Avon. Convenient covered parking with elevator to get your stuff to unit. Pool, hot tub and workout room are all nice amenities. Host is easy to communicate with. "
