The location was a perfect home base for our skiing at Beaver Creek (7 min drive) and Vail (15 min drive). There was plenty of room for our family of six. The home is spacious and modern and the kitchen was well stocked. Would happily stay again the next time we are in the area. "

"We had a great stay at Kathy’s home. The layout is very comfortable and worked well for our group, and the waterfront setting is beautiful and peaceful. The cul-de-sac location made it especially quiet and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the dining table was a great size for meals together, and the hot tub was excellent after a day out. The closets were nice and roomy, and the robes in the closets were a thoughtful touch.A few of the sheets show some wear and may be ready for a refresh soon, but overall the home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return in the future."
