"The property was great Cant complain. We enjoyed the stay. Although before the stay we were told we should be able to get a later departure as we are out of the designated peak times and nobody had booked for after our stay. I was advised i would receive a nessage in regards to this and i didnt get a nsg or phone call and we were forced to leave at 10.00am and no later. Very disappointing and misleading information. This miscommunication alone ruined the experience dealing with whomever made these promises. Would not take their word in the future."
