"My wife and I stayed 5 nights at Studio by the Bay. It's very comfortable and does not at all feel like a typical cramped studio...quite the opposite. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent and well stocked for cooking at home, which we did the entire time. The grill worked great (we had to ask for grilling utensils, and they were delivered). The outdoor shower is great when coming back from the beach and has hot-cold water just like inside. The Studio is merely a few minutes walk through wooded park trails to Greenfield Beach and other gorgeous white sand beaches. We were visited by Roos and King Parrots while sitting on the front terrace. It's a nearly perfect place for a short stay with only a couple of qualifications -- 1) As others mention, driving to the Studio from the road can be a challenge with a sewer cover at the entrance possibly scraping (badly) the bottom of your car if not very careful (and if it rains, the drive to and parking at the Studio is not paved so you should probably park on the road or the host's drive instead on another street); 2) landscaping seems to have been a bit neglected (many dead palm branches) which is unfortunate because it's really beautiful; and 3) communicating with the management company was challenging sometimes as they did not respond to texts or an email until we sent a message to the general information email address. These issues however did not prevent a very enjoyable experience and we recommend this Studio."

"My mates and I had fantastic time at David and Sharon’s house, it has everything you could need and is very relaxing, the communication was excellent and and check in was a breeze, this will definitely by my go to place when I need to escape the city!! "

"Great location, very close to the beach and easy to walk to. Home felt newly renovated bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was decently stocked with utensils and plates/cups etc. Nice open windows but if you want to sleep in, just FYI the wooden Venetian blinds do let some light through. Good if you want to wake up early!Went during Easter so the internet was a little slow but that's because there's more people down there, lucky we brought some board games anyway to entertain ourselves.Also make sure you turn on the switch for the hot water too as it runs on solar and might run out after a few people showering. Had to put a 1000 bond through direct deposit which seemed a little steep (it is mentioned before during booking) but that was returned promptly after confirming check out.Jervis Bay area was lovely hope to come back to the area soon. "

"House is well situated in the treetops with a 15 min walk to Blenheim Beach or a bit further to Greenfields Beach & National Park. It’s the perfect beach house, with timber floors, comfy furniture for lounging. Nothing too precious to worry about with young children. A very well equipped house. Would stay again!"
