This quiet spot is known for its bright, clean sands, which hold the Guinness World Record for being the whitest in the world. Pass through gorgeous Chinamans Beach on the way. Look out to the ocean as you walk and see if you can spot a pod of dolphins or even a humpback whale.
Other marine creatures you might meet on this walk include fur seals and penguins. After reaching Hyams Beach, follow the Scribbly Gum Track to return to Greenfield Beach without doubling back on yourself. This scenic route leads inland, through leafy landscape populated by a range of protected bird species.
In this area, the world beneath the waves is as stunning as the one above. See it up close by joining a guided dive tour. Expect to see an array of beautiful fish, and perhaps even some swimming penguins. Other watersports to take part in include kiteboarding, kayaking and canoeing.
Head to Vincentia Golf Club when you need a break from the beach. As you play, try not to be distracted by the splendour of the scenery.
