"The air conditioning quality wasn’t as good as expected. Nice spot when in a crunch, but the bathrooms were public and not the cleanest. Lingering cigarette smells, and the area felt a little unsafe especially at night. There were noises at night and all throughout the morning. Checkout was at 12 but they came and banged on our door multiple times before and around 10 and even opened it once after yelling back."

"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."

The property is brand new and we were of several of the first guests to stay at the property. Within walking distance to the marina, we enjoyed the shops and variety of restaurants.
