"Staff was kind and attentive. The room and overall feel of the hotel was the star of the show. It’s hard to pull off feeling quaint and hospitable, but this place has it in spades. Bonus points for the Nespresso, fresh fruit, and water made available for each floor. Highly recommended!"

"My room was very quiet at night with no road noise. It was clean, but a bit old re. paintwork etc. The fridge had no control button and so the items froze a couple of times! Breakfast was good, with nice eggs, but it was a shame it finished at 9.00am on weekdays - sometimes people like to lie-in on their holiday! The customer service from Katrina and Swantelle was very good, but one of the other receptionists was a bit abrupt. It was lovely to chat with you Katrina! This hotel is in a very safe area, with nice walks nearby. I recommend going to old Mt Pleasant village and the pier under the bridge (which is spectacular), as well as visiting Charleston etc. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything was great, very nice and comfortable room. Great amenities, and friendly team. Would definitiley stay again, but we would ask for a room with a better view. The room was cave like because we face a wall and overlooked the driveway to the parking. "
