Great hotel in a walkable location in villach. Two e-bikes available for rent at a very reasonable rate to explore the area. Laundry machines. Nice lobby, clean and modern rooms.

Train station just outside the hotel. Right at the center of the city. Very convenient for family. Staffs are helpful and polite. Will recommend and definitely will be back in this hotel.

Arrived quite late but got a really warm welcome by receptionist Damir. Super friendly and well organized, handling 3 check ins at the same time shortly before the end of his shift. Room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Also really nice staff at check out.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern facilities, attention to detail, friendly staff, cleanliness and cozyness. It's located conveniently near the main train station with good parking options and all kinds of public transport connections. But as the city center is 5min by foot, we didn't go anywhere else than on foot exploring the beautiful city center with its nice scenery, historic buildings, shops, and restaurants. We'll definitely come back!

Posizione eccelente,receptionist molto gentile, per quanto riguarda la camera ben arredata,ma mancava un comodino e la luce da una parte del letto, il televisore messo a lato del letto non comodo da vedere , non capisco l'architetto che ha fatto queste scelte. Nel bagno ho trovato dei capelli sulla parete della doccia, per il resto pulito.

Bezahlung erfolgte via Paypal damit konnte der Mitarbeiter leider nicht umgehen und gab uns in einem unpassenden Ton zu Verstehen, dass er jetzt „wieder das Problem damit hätte und seinem Geld hinterherlaufen müsse“. Leider aus Sicht eines Gastes der vorab bezahlt hat nicht seriös und vollkommen unangemessen. Die Unterkunft an sich und das Frühstück waren gut im Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Neues Stadthotel beim Bahnhof
Tolles neues Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof. Parkgarage vorhanden. Zimmer klein aber alles drin was notwendig ist. Frühstück auch schön präsentiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt ist dass es laut ist und somit ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich ist. Preis Leistung perfekt.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Huge bicycle garage in the basement, reachable via elevator with enough room for at least 3 bikes. Washing machine (with free detergent), dryer and ironing station available w/o extra fee. Highly recommendable!

Siisti, uusi ja rauhallinen hotelli aivan rautatieaseman vieressä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone siisti, vuode hyvä ja kylpyhuonetilat erinomaiset. Mahdollisuus pestä pyykkiä koneella. Ulkoa eikä muista huoneista kuulunut melua huoneeseen. Kaupungin keskusta ja vanha kaupunki aivan vieressä.

Frühstück gebucht - aus Zeitgründen konnte ich es nicht in Anspruch nehmen - musste dies aber trotzdem bezahlen ! (System lässt es nicht zu das Frühstück rauszunehmen - ich kann solche Aussagen schon nicht mehr hören - sind wir wirklich solche Sklaven der Edv oder wollen wir nur nicht ?)
