"The biggest problem with this property is that we booked it from the Expedia website listing as a Hotel. It is not a hotel. It is an air bnb. It should be listed on Vrbo, not Expedia. It is a perfectly fine air bnb type accommodation. However, if you are expecting a hotel with a staff to man a front desk, bell service, or an elevator, forget it.
