"There are two possible airports in Milan that you could fly into if you were staying at this hotel. From the hotel, one of the airports is about 40 minutes away, while the other, is just about an hour. In the description, they promote that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. The part they aren’t promoting is the fact that you have to give them 24 hours notice along with your flight number and time of day you will expect to be picked up. They need that information so that they can give you an estimate on how much it will cost you!!! It’s irritating and ridiculous but it’s also one of those Things that could be overlooked had our experience with this hotel Ben even good. Unfortunately, it was just the beginning of a very tiresome and unpleasant week. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of what seemed to be a large scale construction project right outside of our window. We were in room 310 and if I opened the window and stood there, I could hear the workers conversations when they weren’t running using the jackhammer from Hell. It was that close, I’ve included pictures of you don’t believe me. What do you think the Hotel did about it? Take a guess….the answer is nothing. The most frustrating thing about it is that this construction project isn’t small and didn’t just start, it’s been going on for awhile. The hotel knows it’s going on, and they know it’s a problem. I can assure you they are not warning anybody before they spend their money. "

"The hotel is in a really rough part of the city. Next to it an abandoned block of flats. The rooms are spacious but need a few touch ups. If you just need to sleep, it’s ok, otherwise, pick somewhere else. Staff was lovely, apart from the security guards."

"Easy connection throughout Milan via the metro which was close by. Room was clean and everything I needed for a few days stay. WiFi was a little slow, but didn’t spend much time in the room for it to be a problem!"
