Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Inaccurate Listing and Poor Communication

This listing is not accurate as to the amenities that they list. Do not plan to cook here as the kitchen is very minimal (for instance no drying rack for dishes or hand towels). No toiletries were provided although they were listed. Likewise no coffee although it is listed as well.Communication was poor, when I brought up issues, they said they would "see what they could do" and proceeded to only bring more hand soap, which wasn't even on my list! They didn't resolve any issues, only tried to charge more when you check in. They have communication run through some central location who knows nothing about your specific property. The check in process requires that you have mobile data to get wifi.Beware!
