The property benefits from a good location, conveniently situated near the railway station which made transportation very accessible. However, there were several areas that detracted from our overall experience.The property requires significant maintenance attention, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The kitchen cupboards and shower facilities were in concerning condition and appeared to present safety issues that should be addressed promptly for future guests’ wellbeing.We encountered challenges with the check-in process. The 4 PM check-in time was less convenient than we had hoped for, and there were initial communication difficulties with the host regarding our Vrbo booking. It seemed there was some confusion on their end about the reservation platform, which required assistance from Vrbo to contact them and send the check in details which was a difficult experience.
