"Hice reserva del loft clásico que dice 1 habitación, para 3 personas y resultó que era un monoambiente. No sé si el error es de hotels, en la cabaña pudieron cambiar a una cabaña diferente pero con una diferencia de precio. Era un regalo. La cabaña fabulosa, todo es hermoso. Pero deben cambiar lo de 1 habitacion a monoambiente, para evitar errores"

"Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They...
