"Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until 11am!!!!! Why? Not supervised so just open before breakfast! "

"Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. "

"Free breakfast was good. For eggs have only scramble. There are coffee, cold cuts, pastries tee. Good to start your day."

"The hotel staff helped me choose a cool room and were always happy to help with any questions. The room was very quiet, there was almost no sound from the street. I liked the view of the lake from the window."

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
