Checkin went well, nice location but the staff is questionable about their responses to my questions. The internet was very weak in my room so I asked about it. They said they will reset the router. But at no time did I lose internet during the reset process…..jus weak as usual. I ask again the next day and the staff told me they will call the tech guy. Needless to say nothing changed. On checkin, staff gave me a drink voucher. I din’t request my drink until the evening of the 2nd night. They told me the bar staff was not in or already left for the evening. I asked again on Day 3 at 1:14 pm. Staff said the bar staff doesn’t arrive until 7pm.

Trate de contactar al hotel porque hubo un accidente en la ruta y nos fue imposible llegar. Nadie nos respondió y al final perdimos la reserva. Creo que deberían mejorar la comunicación.

Atentimento da recepção ruim

o Check in começa as 14 horas em ponto e nenhum minuto a menos. chegamos mais cedo e devido a ser alta temporada já sabiíamos que não iriamos conseguir fazer o check in antecipado, entretanto quando foi 13:30 perguntei se o quarto já estava disponível e o atendente dize que não, quando foi 13:53 perguntei novamente e a mesma resposta! Quando foi 13:59 me direcionei novamente na recepção mas o quarto so foi liberado as 14:00 em ponto!

Excelente estadía

Excelente mi experiencia en el hotel, cumplió con las expectativas. Habitación impecable, cama cómoda y grande, me toco la habitación 501 con vista al lago desde la ventana. Cuenta con mini bar. Servicio de spa y gimnasio disponible. El spa 10/10. Cuenta con mesa de Pool y metegol en un entrepiso. El desayuno muy completo, riquísimo todo. Te regalan un trago de cortesía para canjear durante tu estadía. Limpieza todos los días. Ubicación excelente, pleno centro pero no se siente ruido ya que sobre esa calle no hay mucho tránsito. El lago se encuentra a media cuadra. Aun así lo más destacable del hotel es la calidad de su personal. Recepcionistas, mozos, gente de limpieza. Muy cálidos y serviciales, hicieron que mi experiencia fuese mucho mejor. Volvería definitivamente.

O hotel è excelente! A localização por si já valeria, está no centro, perto dos melhores restaurantes e de fácil acesso aos passeios! O atendimento é impecável! Não me lembro a última vez que fui tão bem atendida (e juro que sou exigente). Fazem por mais, são preocupados com o bem estar! Café da manhã maravilhoso! Frutas, pães, sucos etc! De verdade, não deixem de ficar neste hotel! Entre os que fiquei em Bariloche este ganha disparado! Ps.: única observação, no anúncio do hotéis.com diz que o hotel possui banheira e não é verdade. Isso apenas para quartos específicos. Mas na descrição do meu informava que havia, e na realidade não. Foi o único ponto de incômodo, mas dada toda a atenção recebida, convivi sem banheira.
