"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"Gorgeous villa, only 6 rooms, very intimate. Originally built 1200yrs ago as a respite Inn, completely renovated, incredible view of Orvieto and surrounding Valley. Staff treat you like family, especially Erica! Beautiful buffet breakfast and delicious dinners. Rooms are separated well so you feel like the villa is all yours. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay or for day trips in the area. Beautiful pool and grounds to unwind in. You honestly don't want to miss this experience."

"We had the most relaxing time in this beautiful Villa! All of the amenities listed were wonderful, even though the weather was a bit cooler my husband still enjoyed a swim. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very fun to cook in. Valerio was very quick to answer all my questions before we arrived. Also very helpful on where to go and visit in the area. We loved the town square in Cetona and had a delicious lunch there. The home is so charming and decorated so tasteful we would highly recommend this Villa! Someday we hope to return"
